2019 Samantha Trade Day Rules and Information
Spaces are $20 each for a 12 x 12 spot.

$25 after September 15 - deadline October 5, 2019

Any reserved spaces that are not paid by the designated deadline will be considered open and available to rent on a first come first served basis.
There are NO REFUNDS
HOURS: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Saturday.  Vendors must  keep booths open during these hours.  Vendors are not allowed to take down their booth until after 2:00 p.m. except by mutual agreement of other vendors
SETUP TIME: Friday @ 3:30 p.m. til 8:00 p.m.  Saturday starts at 6:00 a.m. Dealers who setup in the 15wrong space will be required to move. Booths must be set up by 8:15 a.m.   Vehicles must be moved out of the event area by 8:30 a.m.
No vehicular traffic in Trade area after 8:30 a.m.  Late arrivals must park in parking area and haul merchandise.
No pets allowed.  Service dogs welcome
SALE OF THE FOLLOWING IS PROHIBITED:  Due to Samantha Trade Day being a fundraiser to benefit the ministries of The Good Shepherd Foundation, vendors are not allowed to sell drinks at their booth.  Prepared foods are only allowed by vendors such as bakeries and/or catering businesses and they must have prior approval.  Profane or pornographic material, games of chance or any other item(s) so deemed by the Samantha Trade Days.
CLEAN UP: TRADE DAY dealers must clean up their space.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. 
Samantha Trade Days or its volunteers or affiliates are not responsible for dealer merchandise or personal property.
